What is your returns policy?
If you change your mind, you can return Vander Kraats & Associates or Next Generation Physiotherapy branded products within 7 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. For faulty or damaged products, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer flat rate shipping of $14.95 within Australia. Shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days after your order confirmation email. If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of that email, contact us at info@ngp.net.au with your name and order number.
Do you ship internationally or to P.O. boxes?
No. We only ship within Australia and use a courier service, so we’re unable to deliver to P.O. boxes.
What if my product arrives damaged?
Contact us as soon as possible. Return the damaged product in its original packaging within 7 days of receipt and we’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund at no cost to you.
