For prevention of patella subluxation and general knee support. Firm buttress positioned laterally to the patella prevents tracking dysfunction or subluxation/dislocation. Adjustable pull straps above and below patella for extra support. Spiral stays on each side allow limited flexion with rotational stability.
For sizing: Measure the circumference of the knee at the patella while the knee is fully extended.
